Welcome to the spacious Element H furnished apartment in Toronto. This 1000 square foot features hardwood flooring throughout, and open concept main room and stunning decorative touches. This 3 bedroom suite is ideal for sharing with a large group, whether you are traveling with family, friends or work colleagues. With three separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this space ensures privacy for its guests.

Guests will find stylish wood cabinetry, a sturdy granite countertop and tile back splash in the kitchen. It comes fully equipped with all plates, pots, pans, cutlery, small kitchen items and smaller kitchen appliances. Modern and well-maintained full sized appliances are also provided. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen during your stay in the city.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a large and open dining area complete with a sleek glass table and grey leather dining chairs. Another great feature of this space the glass desk that can be utilized as a separate work area. Simply pull a chair over and you can work away.

The dining space transitions into the living room of this furnished suite. Guests will find a plush grey sofa with tasteful accent pillows placed in front of an entertainment centre. This sofa also turns into a bed when pulled out for even more sleeping space. Relax after a long day in front of the flat screen TV that comes complete with cable and a DVD player. Expect this room to be illuminated in natural light streaming from the floor to ceiling window in this space. Guests will also find access to the private balcony here.

The first of the three bedrooms features a king sized bed complete with soft linens and pillows. This bedroom also contains a wall mounted TV and an ensuite bathroom. In this bathroom you will find a bathtub/shower combination, vanity sink, linens and a starter set of toiletries. The other two bedrooms have full sized beds that also come with linens and pillows. While these two bedrooms do not have attached bathrooms they are very close to the second bathroom of this suite. This bathroom is nearly identical to the first with the only difference being the glass stall shower instead of the bathtub.

The Neighbourhood

Element H is located in one of the best neighbourhoods in Toronto. Due to it’s proximity to public transit, entertainment, shopping and offices this neighbourhood is one of the most sought after in the city.

This neighbourhood has something for everyone, no matter the reason for your stay in. Essentials such as grocery stores and restaurants are mere steps away from the building’s entrance. Guests are encouraged to use the transit to explore the city during their stay. For getting around, TTC stops are conveniently located at King Street (for east & west access) and at Spadina Avenue (for north and south access).
