HOW DO I CHECK-IN?

The above video will show you how our check-in process works.

1. Several days before your check-in date you will receive an email from us with the details of your check-in.

2. The email will include information such as: where you are to meet our Sky View Suites check-in staff, the outstanding rent payment (if applicable) and your check-in time. Standard check-in time is 4pm on your move-in date.

3. Please respond to this email confirming your check-in time. If you have alternative requirements, please indicate so on the online check-in form. We will do our best to accommodate check-ins after hours (7pm).
