That has certainly helped to spark interest in Toronto from our southern neighbours, but other reasons which keep production companies coming back include:

Also, we understand that in the entertainment industry, schedules can change quickly and unexpectedly. As a result of managing a large exclusive inventory of fully furnished suites, we are often able to offer immediate / same-day move-in at many locations across the city. This saves our clients hassle of an interim stay at a hotel.
