Our 1-bedroom unit in Maple Leaf Square is the pinnacle of furnished rentals. The first thing you’ll notice when you enter are the pristine wood floors and cabinetry along with the 9-foot ceilings. There is no shortage of light as you will have plenty of near floor-to-ceiling windows. Along with this comes a beautiful view of the city from a vantage point like no other. However, if you want to shut the light out or need privacy, there are curtains that enable you to get away from it all.
The unit is very open-concept, allowing for a lot of space to make the best of what is given. This provides you the ability to view the magnificent cityscape from all over the suite. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully-equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and oven. On top of that, the kitchen and dining area are in close proximity, making meals convenient and cozy. After you’ve eaten, there is a splendid living area with a couch, coffee table, and a well-sized TV (with cable).
The bedroom contains a comfortable queen mattress with a couple of matching, sturdy nightstands on either side. Just like the rest of the suite, this room isn’t without an outstanding well above the city. Just off of the master bedroom is a bathroom including a bathtub/shower combination, along with a second compete bathroom in the main living space.

The Neighbourhood
Maple Leaf Square Condos is located near the financial district as well as exceptional attractions and locations in walking distance. Should you find yourself wanting to explore, Toronto’s Harbour Front, Bay Street, and many public transport options are closely available.
For anyone needing to use the TTC, this building is among the most well-placed for serviced rentals. Union Station, which is the hub of public transport within the city, is accessible through a pedestrian concourse that bridges the two buildings together. If you need to take a bus, streetcar, subway, or train, doing so will be without any obstacles here.
The building also has a shopping centre attached at the bottom. This includes a wide variety of stores as well as a Longo’s that can fulfill all your grocery needs. Furthermore, should you ever want to visit the must-see parts of Toronto, the Harbour Front, Steam Whistle Brewery, the Hockey Hall of Fame, and Roy Thomson Hall are some of the many close-by attractions.
