Burano - 2 Bedroom Furnished Apartment

Although the Burano suite is located in one of the most desired neighbourhoods in the city of Toronto, its superior in suite finishes do not let this suite’s worth stand on location alone. Some features include hardwood flooring in the main living areas, wall to wall floor to ceiling windows in rare corner suite layout and modern finishes.

Each of the two bedrooms has a queen sized bed with mattresses that offer superior comfort. The suite also has two full bathrooms, perfect for a corporate housing sharing arrangement, or accommodations for a larger family/group. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath with a shower and tub combination. The second bathroom is just off of the main living area. All linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms are provided.

The ample living space has a walk out to the balcony, a workspace, dining space and large l-shaped couch for extra seating. A flat screen TV is also in the living area.
The kitchen features full-sized stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, pots, pans, cutlery and small kitchen appliances. Also in the suite is a full sized clothes washer and dryer contained in a closet.

For access to the financial district in under 5 minutes, hop on at Bay Street heading south, or for access to Queens Park, take College heading west to reach the area in minutes.
