For those who enjoy lots of space, there is no shortage in this 750 square foot furnished short term rental with 12-foot ceilings. Industrial loft elements from this historic building have been brought into the suite with an urban concrete entryway / foyer. As you walk up a few steps into the hallway, you will find the bathroom and bedroom in the semi-upper level.
A glass enclosed bathtub and shower stall eliminate the need for shower curtains and make for a cleaner look. A frosted glass door also creates an opening from the tub into the master bedroom. Towels are provided for your convenience.
The bedroom is fully enclosed with two large barn-style doors. The doors allow for pitch-black sleeping quarters, or the option to include open up the bedroom to the rest of the apartment. Railings along one side of the bedroom allow you to overlook the rest of the apartment. A queen size bed and two wall closets complete the bedroom. All bed linens are provided.
The living space includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, full stove and oven, microwave and a large double vertical door fridge and freezer. Granite countertops lead up to high cabinetry for plenty of storage. The kitchen is also equipped with small appliances, flatware, plates, glassware, pots and pans, and other kitchen utensils. In the hallway closet, there is a full sized front load clothes washer and dryer. A dining area, desk space and couch with flat screen TV complete the living space. Beautiful cherry coloured engineered hardwood flooring warms up the space throughout.

The Neighborhood
Located just steps from the bustling city centre of Yonge & Dundas Square, this corporate housing suite is located in one of the most historic parts of the city. What was once home to the Sears Mail Order Distribution Centre from 1931 to the late 1990’s, the Merchandise Lofts were transformed into beautiful residential suites designed for the best of modern living.
This historic landmark has survived the test of time and is now surrounded by Toronto’s dense urban landscape. All within a 2 minute walk, you’ll find Yonge & Dundas Square, The Eaton Centre, Dundas TTC Station, and the Cineplex VIP Cinemas. The Building
The recreational facilities for our corporate housing guests includes an well equipped gym with modern cardio treadmills / elliptical machines and weight lifting machines. Tenants in our extended stay suite also enjoy access to a party room that can be booked for special occasions, a billiards room and a basketball court! Last but not least, the stunning rooftop garden contains an indoor lap pool and barbecue area. The rooftop garden overlooks downtown Toronto and Lake Ontario, which allows for stunning evening views, especially during the summer, when the city is nicely lit by all the building lights.
The building’s conversion from warehouse to loft condos has left its mark on the inner design of the building, giving it a very industrial modern feeling. Our fully furnished apartment guests will enjoy all of these amenities along with 24 security for peace of mind during their short term stay.
