The master bedroom features a king sized bed with a Serta posturpaedic mattress from the Trump Home Line collection and ensuite bathroom. For nights where guests are especially tired, the small flat screen TV in the bedroom is an added benefit. Last but not least, a workspace is provided within the bedroom.

The second bedroom has a queen sized Serta posturpaedic mattress from the Trump Home Line collection. Another added, and rare feature for the second bedroom is that it also has a full sized ensuite bathroom. For corporate sharing this maximizes privacy, making this a perfect option – no one has to fight for the master bedroom with the ensuite.

The third bedroom can either be used as a completely enclosed workspace, or as a third bedroom, as it contains a work area, as well as a twin sized murphy (wall) bed. With larger families, this is a great opportunity to separate siblings or cousins in different sleeping “quarters”.

The living space has comfortable, quality furnishings, including a couch, flat screen TV and dining area for four. A walkout to the balcony is off of the living area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all plates, pots, pans, cutlery, small kitchen items and small kitchen appliances (including a Keurig K-cup coffee machine and blender/food processor. Full sized appliances are also provided, as well as an in suite full sized clothes washer and clothes dryer – contained in a closet.

The Neighbourhood

Just minutes’ walking distance to the south, our short term rental guests can enjoy convenient access to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Each year, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre plays host to some of the biggest tradeshows and conferences in Canada. From oil & gas to medical conferences, auto shows to tattoo conventions, the breadth of events that go on in this massive indoor facility is seemingly limitless.

Located at 22 Bremner Blvd, the convention centre is made up of dozens of individual conference rooms as well as much bigger presentation centres & exhibit halls, totalling over 600,000 square feet. The convention centre is attached to the financial district via the underground PATH system and Union Station giving indoor access from nearly anywhere in the downtown core.

The indoor space is split into the north and south buildings; north accessible from Front Street, and the south building entrance is just off Bremner Blvd. On top of most of the underground south building is Toronto’s famous roundhouse park where the Steam Whistle Brewery is headquartered. What better way to finish off a long day of conferences than with a nice locally brewed beer!

The Building

Signature Five’s amenities are located on the 22nd floor. Our corporate stay guests can enjoy the use of modern cardio machines, ellipticals and stairmasters in the gym. The gym also has a number of weight lifting machines and free weights.

Across the hall from the gym, our guest renting the Signature Five furnished suite will find a private theatre screening room, a games room, a private outdoor terrace, a billiard room and an aqua spa.

At the very top of the building is a rooftop terrace that overlooks the city and CN tower. Guest can enjoy the BBQ facilities in this area especially during the warm weather. The building also has a 24 hour security desk for peace of mind during your extended stay.
