The Building
The Waterclub is a part of a three high-rise tower condominium community located in Toronto Harbourfront. The 28-storey tower was developed by Kolter Property Company and was completed in 2004. The amenities include 24-hour concierge and security service, billiards room, gym, two guest suites, a landscape terrace, steam room, health spa, juice bar and lounge and a multipurpose room with a bar. The building also features an indoor pool that is open year round and an outdoor pool that can be enjoyed in warmer months.
The outdoor pool is surrounded by a tanning deck and BBQ area where guests can enjoy a mid-afternoon BBQ and a picturesque view of the lake Ontario. The main lobby at Waterclub also includes a roundabout for passenger pickup and taxi service. The lobby features an indoor waterfall and creates a welcoming waiting area for the guests.
