The Building

At the foot of York and Queens Quay sit three sister buildings that make up the Waterclub condo complex. All buildings are connected via a walking path that provides access to the amenities area.

The amenities area includes an indoor/outdoor pool, a billiards area, a reading room, a BBQ terrace and an outdoor tanning area. The most unique feature of this building is the indoor/outdoor pool where a guest can swim from the inside of the building to the outdoor area in the summertime. The building’s gym is stocked with modern cardio equipment, free weights and has a spacious yoga room where you can release your inner yogi. Guest can enjoy a row of treadmills, stair masters, and elliptical machines from 6am to 11pm at night.
